Meetings & Calendar

• General Meetings: Mark your calendar! We meet the 3rd Wednesday of every month (Sept–June) at 1:00 PM at the Arbor Greene Community Center in Tampa. (We take a quick summer breather in July & August!)

• Stay in the Loop: Find upcoming events and RSVP links, through Sign Up Genius (SUG), in our membership monthly newsletter.  Event information can also be found on our website homepage, or under the Events tab. Remember to keep an eye out for Sign Up Genius (SUG) links in our newsletter to let your volunteer spirit shine!

Pre-Meeting Perks

• Early Birds Get the Worm: Arrive 30 minutes early to several general meetings to dive into our Epsilon Sigma Omicron (ESO) Book Club ($5 one-time lifetime fee) or jump straight into hands-on service activities (HOA). See our monthly newsletter for details.

• Global Connection: As part of GFWC International over 60,000 members strong, we stand shoulder-to-shoulder with one of the world's oldest and largest volunteer organizations (135+ years and counting!). Our universal 2026–2028 Unity Programs align our mission with volunteers across the globe.

• State-Wide Power: We team up with sister clubs across the Sunshine State to drive big change, proudly championing statewide initiatives like "Fired Up for Firefighters" and "Royally Served."

• Local Heart: New Tampa is our home base. Through our core Community Service Programs, we tackle the real, pressing needs of our local neighbors head-on. There's a spot for every member to make a difference!

  Knocking down the heavy financial barriers ($10,000–$13,000) for local hero recruits by funding firefighter certification scholarships and life-saving safety bunker gear.

• GFWC Florida Junior Director's Project — Royally Served (Director Sherry Clendinen)

  A statewide movement mobilizing clubs across Florida to tackle food insecurity head-on—serving our neighbors with compassion, respect, and dignity.

• GFWC Florida Juniorette Project — Changing the Narrative: Youth Mental Health Awareness

  A powerful youth-led movement smashing mental health stigmas so teens everywhere know they are supported, heard, and never alone.
