We had an amazing Education and Libraries General Meeting. Prior to our meeting, we took the opportunity to support our adopted school, Heritage Elementary School. Our contributions included assembling period pouches, collecting clothing for the nurse’s office, gathering prizes for the library’s reading program, and collecting gifts for Teacher Appreciation Week. Our guest speakers were Kailyn Middleton, the branch manager of New Tampa Library, and Lisa Coyle from Friends of New Tampa Library. We made a monetary donation to the Friends of New Tampa Library fund. We wrapped up the meeting with an ESO Book Club meeting and an enjoyable club book swap,donating the remaining books to the library.
