On Tuesday, November 17th, GFWC of New Tampa volunteered 33 hours to Feeding America, Tampa. We sorted food items into 16 different categories, checked expiration dates and bagged groceries for families to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner.
We were involved in sorting more than 6500 pounds and more than 5000 meals!
